Gratatouille: gratitude for good food that tastes great.

Today I made the yummiest wheat-free pancakes. Cooking anything wheat-free is challenging but cooking wheat-free food that tastes good is much harder. When these pancakes beauties turned out so well, I was filled with gratitude. This meal was so good I just had to make up a new word for the experience – gratatouille.
